If you choose negotiated pricing Where available, Kabo shows a suggested fair price alongside any negotiated fare, and limits how far a driver's offer can move from that reference — so you always have a clear sense of what's reasonable, even when negotiating. Our commitment on data privacy Your personal information — location history, phone number, and payment details — is handled in line with Nigeria's Data Protection Act. We do not sell your data, and we only share what's necessary to complete your trip safely. How to report a safety concern Open the Safety section in the app. Choose Report an incident. Describe what happened — as much detail as you're comfortable sharing. Our safety team reviews every report personally. Serious concerns are escalated immediately, including to law enforcement where appropriate. Zero tolerance Kabo has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or assault — by a driver, against a driver, or otherwise.
